These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of ZonToday, available via https://zontoday.com/ (“Website”). 4. Virtual Goods and In-Game Currency

ZonToday may offer in-game items, points, or currency (“Virtual Goods”) for purchase or as rewards. Virtual Goods have no real-world value and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable except as explicitly permitted by ZonToday. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Virtual Goods at any time without notice.

5. User Content

You may be able to post, upload, or share content, including usernames, avatars, and game-related materials (“User Content”). You grant ZonToday a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Platform.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ZonToday, including logos, software, design, and media, is the property of ZonToday or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without our written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ZonToday at any time, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

Violations of these Terms
Fraudulent or abusive behavior
Legal compliance requirements

Upon termination, your access to any content, progress, or Virtual Goods may be revoked without compensation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZonToday is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, that the Platform will be secure or virus-free, or that data will not be lost.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZonToday and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use ZonToday. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months, if any.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZonToday, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs resulting from:

Your use or misuse of the Platform
Violation of these Terms
Violation of any rights of another user or third party

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting an update on this page or via email. Continued use of ZonToday after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.
